Job Summary of the Staff Accountant
Integr8staff seeks a multi-dimensional Staff Accountant to contribute to the ongoing development of all areas within the accounting department for an exciting professional services company poised to become one of the region's fastest growing companies in it's class. 
Responsibilities of the Senior Staff Accountant:
 
Handle all areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cost analysis.
Lead month-end closing including financials statements and balance sheet analysis
Process operating expense reporting and journal entries.
Handle all reporting; A/P, bank statement reconciliation, financial summaries and cost analysis.
Work with Accounting Manager and Controller on daily cash reporting.
Monthly actual reporting, as well as quarterly budget status
Filing of 1099's, annual external audit preparation.
Act as a liaison between all departments within Accounting; A/P, A/R, etc.
 
Requirements of the Senior Staff Accountant:
 
A Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
3 years of month-end closing, financial and balance sheet analysis.
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel experience - A MUST
