This position is flexible for remote work with an expectation of occasional time spent in our Reston, VA office. Travel may be required up to 20%.Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Perform in a client facing role eliciting requirements to digitally transform and modernize obsolete business processes.
• Translates IT Service Management requirements to a cross-functional team by breaking down the requirements into user stories.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements and solve complex problems.
• Supports out of the box applications including Problem, Change, Incident, Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Management
• Develops innovative workflow solutions for strategic customer mission centric changes.
• Influences stakeholders to support business processes for improved outcomes.
• Leads agile ceremonies related to the software delivery lifecycle.
• Creates or updates documentation including business process maps, data dictionaries, security matrices, and burndown charts.
• Creates user guides to transfer knowledge and procedures for applications when applicable.

• Bachelor's degree in project management, or in a related field
• 1-3 years of business analysis experience with ServiceNow
• 1 year of ServiceNow ITSM implementation
• Working knowledge and experience in enterprise software development methodologies in an Agile framework
• Track record and proven ability to produce effective, innovative solutions on an enterprise scale.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow processes, approaches, methodologies, and development lifecycle
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations.
