Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. Your expertise in system analysis and problem-solving will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business systems and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Develop detailed system specifications and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system changes and enhancements
- Perform system testing to ensure functionality and accuracy
- Provide training and support to end-users on system usage
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Proficiency in carbonise,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
