TRESUME is Hiring an IT Business Analyst Near Leesburg, VA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing databases, utilizing tools such as Tableau and Power BI to provide valuable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, possess knowledge of SDLC methodologies, and have experience in data analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, develop, and maintain databases to support business needs
- Utilize Tableau, Power BI, R, and other analytical tools to create visualizations and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and SQL
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Knowledge of predictive analytics using R or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
