We’re seeking an organized and highly motivated insurance customer service representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their policy's coverages, assist them with filing a claim, answer the customers billing questions, ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems, scan/upload client documents, and assist insurance agents in the office.
