Schedule : Full Time, hours between 7 : 30 am and 5 : 30 pm
Pay : $17-$24 / hour DOE
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Answering the phone
- Complete Customer’s Bank Transactions
- Communicating with customers and co-workers
- Ability to speak to customers to understand their needs
- Learn bank products and services available
- Recommend appropriate bank products and services to customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Must pass criminal and financial background check
- Keep customer information confidential
- Active Listener
- Strong communication skills
- Computer Skills :
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Learn bank specific software
- Follows banking rules and procedures
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Ability to support coworkers
