Dac Property Investors, LLC is Hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative Near Helena, MT

Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services
