Inspired Healthcare Capital is Hiring a Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator Near Scottsdale, AZ

We are looking for an HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing organization and make your mark in the world of HR.

Inspired Healthcare Capital is a fast-paced and innovative private equity company that specializes in senior living. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Vice President of HR and contributing to HR activities across our various entities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time off.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide support for training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases and files.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics and analytics.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a human resources/payroll role
  • ADP Workforce experience is required
  • Your organized, adaptable, and motivated to get stuff done. If you see something that needs attention, you don't wait to be told, you just do it.
  • Your confident, resilient, and take your work seriously but don't take yourself too serioulsy.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
