RESPONSIBILITIES
Main point of contact and subject matter expert on all guest experience related items (e.g. questions, data bases, complaints, and issues/resolutions).
Maintain and update data used to populate dashboards and provide analysis on key stakeholders
Prepares and educates field employees on new initiatives and projects
Provide support, as needed, in other operations initiatives
Assists in preparing data for franchise business reviews
Assist in future technology integrations
Trouble Shooting on current technology integrations
Manage help inbox used by franchisees & field team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred: 4 Year Degree / Bachelor’s
Up to 3 years responsibility or education in Business, Information systems, data analytics, project management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Ability to communicate abstract information in writing and verbally
Detail oriented with the ability to deliver on deadlines
Ability to work and communicate cross functionally with internal teams, franchisees, and vendors
Analytical approach to decision making
Familiar with basic to advanced IT troubleshooting steps
Ability to work in a restaurant environment, as needed, for a variety of initiatives
Ability to pull, present, and communicate data and insights
Adept at creating, administering, and analyzing consumer surveys
