As an experienced and results-driven Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our client’s products and services to new and existing clients, building and maintaining solid relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To thrive, you should have:

  • Sales Expertise and Achievement: Over 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven record of exceeding targets in e-commerce, SaaS, or agency environments. Solid ability to influence, handle objections, and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital marketing space, with a background in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers. Experience presenting to senior management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Demonstrated success in creating structure in ambiguous situations and designing effective processes.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experienced in planning, organizing, and leading with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Proficiency and Education: Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Your responsibilities as the Sales Account Executive will include:

  • New Business Development: Prospect and pitch our products and services to generate new business. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Account Management and Customer Service: Manage existing accounts, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project Management and Risk Mitigation: Track project scope, execute change orders and proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks. Collaborate with client project sponsors to implement projects.
  • Reporting and Communication: Deliver comprehensive status reports to executive sponsors and project teams. Establish rapport with customer stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Team Development and Market Research: Collaborate with team members to develop capabilities and tools. Conduct market research and attend industry events to identify growth opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
