Job Description:

SUMMARY/POSITION OVERVIEW

This administrative position serves as the key contact for the INSP Original Programming Department and provides a full scope of administrative assistance to the VP of Original Programming. This position requires an individual with strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills who can handle balancing multiple priorities simultaneously. Duties include, but are not limited to, personal assistant functions, clerical and administrative functions, coordination of a wide variety of tasks and projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the calendar of the VP of Original Programming and make appointments as necessary.
Assist with incoming calls when necessary and respond to various types of correspondence.
Retrieve and distribute outgoing and incoming mail.

Arrange travel plans for VP of Original Programming - includes both domestic and international travel.
Prepare expense reports for the VP of Original Programming.
Process invoices and reconcile financial statements for the department.
Submit work tickets when requested for Facilities, Information Technology, and Legal issues.
Maintain, update, and distribute INSP Programming Manual to third-party original content producers.

Coordinate the receipt and distribution of all original programing deliverables from third-party content providers.
Upload documents to and maintain Original Programming’s "Programming Resources" media gallery on INSP intranet.
Maintain a database with details of all concepts pitched to INSP along with files on each concept.
Assist VP of Original Programming with annual department budget.
