Insight Global is Hiring a Desktop support specialist Near Houston, TX
Location : Houston, TX hybrid : 3x days per week comfortable with domestic travel (2x a month for 3 days at time)
Duration : 6 month contract to hire
Interview : 2 round interview process!
Pay Rate Range : (always based on skillset alignment) 23-35 / hr
Must Haves :
- 2 years’ desktop support experience
- Experience supporting a Windows environment
- Experience working with 0365
- Active Directory experience
- Experience setting up (config and image) Desktops and Laptops, as well as troubleshooting issues with laptops and workstations
- Experience supporting printer issues local as well as network printers
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues IP config / computer won’t connect to printer / wireless connectivity
- Experience supporting office applications
- Previous wireless support
Plusses :
Experience supporting executive level leadership
Day to day :
A client of Insight Global is looking for a IT Support Admin to support their corporate HQ office in Houston. They will be supporting PCs, laptops, printers, and other onsite hardware issues.
They will be the go to person for all IT problems in Houston. This person needs to be a solution provider and help continue to streamline processes.
This person will be able to build their career and grow with the company.
