Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Set up internal meetings and manage calendar
• Booking travel for internal and external employees
• Manage and organize digital files
• Assist with the collection and organization of time sheets and expenses
• Order office supplies
• Support senior mangement and department heads
• General administrative work

Experience:

• High school diploma required
• 1-2 years of administrative experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
