Director, Growth Strategy

The Director, Growth Strategy will play a lead role in the strategic growth for targeted, high value client organizations, and key business units and capability areas within Inizio Evoke Drive.

What you'll do:

• Conversion of high value RFP pursuits through
• Driving pitch pursuit strategy
• Developing breakthrough and memorable pitch themes/narratives
• Fostering stakeholder relationships before, during, and post pitch
• Ensuring elevation of all work within pitch (cross capability)
• Creating a consistent pitch level of pitch “gameness” across teams
• Activate the right Inizio Evoke SMEs at the right time within each target
• Work with the Chief Growth Officer and other members of the growth team
• With the growth team, identify gaps or required augmentations in platform offerings relative to the competitive market
• Consulting with the broader Growth team in coordination of outbound prospecting activity across the Inizio Evoke platform
• With the growth operations team, work to upskill our pitch processes, experiences, KPIs, and ways of working

As a member of the Growth team, you will be responsible for close coordination with other members of the growth team; e.g. Growth Operations, Client Growth, as well as Platform Capabilities Leadership, and Marketing and Communications P&L Leaders.
