Position Summary:

We are a leading In-home Healthcare Service and MedSupply DME company, and we're seeking a highly experienced HR Consultant to join our team remotely or in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you'll serve as the guiding force for our HR team, leveraging your extensive knowledge of California labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, personnel management, or a related field? Check!
• Over four years of HR manager experience and SHRM certification? You bet!
• Demonstrated proficiency in HR with comprehensive knowledge of California labor laws.

Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability:

• Lead the charge in daily human resource operations, crafting and implementing policies that keep our team firing on all cylinders.
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements, ensuring our practices align with state, federal, and industry standards.
• Conduct training sessions to educate team members on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
• Monitor wage, salary, and benefit structures to ensure competitiveness in the market.
• Educate and empower our team on all things HR, from personnel management to regulatory compliance.
• Engage in quality improvement activities to help us continually raise the bar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
