Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Med Surge to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position offers opportunities to work in hospitals, setting.

Pay details:

• Travel Pay: $2300 to $2400 per week
• Local pay rate: $50 to $55

Additional Info:

• Patient population: unit needs are drips - cardiac insulin, cardiac high level needs, open heart, etc.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as sonography and tube feeding
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

Submission requirements:

• RN License required for IL and IA RN single state or Compact RN license
• Must have AHA BLS certification.
• ACLS certification - preferred.
• 2 years of Med Surg experience – required.
• 1 year of Telemetry experience - Preferred but not required
