Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary screenings.
• Manage pain assessments and interventions.
• Make nursing decisions based on patient outcomes.
• Develop and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Participate in care conferences and team discussions.
• Administer medications and IV lines.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Prioritize patient safety and error prevention.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Contribute to performance improvement efforts.
• Fulfill other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Current Professional Licensure
• Current IL RN License
• BLS Required
• Valid Driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance
• Acute Care Nursing minimum 1 year
• Home Health Nursing minimum 1 year

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $52.50 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
