13 weeks | Varied | 8-hour shift | 40 hours guaranteed weekly The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. This position is with a primary focus on providing general Occupational Therapy (OT) evaluations and treatments which impact patient’s functional abilities. Services are to be provided in compliance with hospital standards, licensure requirements, regulatory and practice standards of Occupational Therapy, and the national professional guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
Experience/Education/QualificationExperience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred. Outpatient, Inpatient,
• Must have background with pediatric patients to qualify

Education

• Doctorate, Post-Professional Doctorate, or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is preferred

Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration

• Must be Alaska-licensed in Occupational Therapy.
• Certification in Occupational Therapy by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is expected.
• Basic Life Support Certification and a Valid Driver’s License are required.
• Must have an AK license to be considered

EMR System: Cerner experience preferred
Shift: Discussed at interview
COVID Requirement: Must have COVID-19 Vaccines to be considered.No exemptions. Proof of complete Vaccinations(including boosters) is required.
