Requirements:
- 2 years current clinical experience in required specialty
- May be expected to float
- Patient population:unit needs are drips - cardiac insulin, cardiac high level needs, open heart, etc.
- IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.
- Work history/resume
- Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
- License verification
- Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
