Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of all Incentive Compensation Plans, including calculating monthly/quarterly variable compensation payments, leveraging Spiff and Excel as well as maintaining monthly/quarterly performance updates for sales staff, which involves facilitating the communication of performance updates and plan payment results to sales staff.
  • Administer and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Spiff, the Incentive Compensation Management platform.
  • Participate in the creation of Plan Documents, Compensation Letters, Rules & Regulations, and other necessary documents to help communicate Incentive Compensation Plans as well as Sales Processes and Policies.
  • Assist in the rollout of Incentive Compensation Plans and any new sales compensation processes including system configurations for new Incentive Plans.
  • Be the point of contact for rep-level questions on Incentive Plan performance, provide timely resolution to incentive compensation related inquiries from the Incentive Plan participants.
  • Maintain expertise in all Incentive Plans and Policies.
  • Support the design of sales territories and quotas to optimize sales capacity and performance.
  • Assist with enhancements made to Spiff and Salesforce to improve the processes related to incentive compensation.
  • Work with Accounting/Finance to help maintain consistent data between Salesforce and Financial Reporting System.
  • Respond to various ad hoc reporting and analytical needs (such as data requests from sales leaders, analytics to study Incentive Plan effectiveness, analytics to support quota setting, etc.).

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized and efficient; consistently completes tasks, meets deadlines, and is proactive in approach with strong attention to detail
  • Strong service ethic and collaborative approach
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum two years of work experience in a related field
  • Experience in Incentive Compensation Administration role required
  • Experience with Salesforce and Spiff, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to build complex formulas)

This role will automatically expire on February 9, 2024.

  • The salary range for this position is $63,750K-$80K, depending on experience.
