Job Description:

• Conducts data entry and performs routine office tasks, such as file setup and maintenance, interviewing callers, making appropriate referrals, scheduling meetings and conferences, and managing incoming mail.
• Undertakes a variety of administrative responsibilities across different functional areas within RTX.
• Serves as the representative for the organizational unit on administrative matters.
• May support budgeting, project scheduling, and the generation of statistical reports as needed.
• Reviews drafts and completed documents, addressing questions related to office operations, established policies, and procedures.
• Collects, compiles, and reports information relevant to the supervisor's assignments.
• Independently manages special assignments, processes confidential documents, and handles other administrative duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Concur Travel & Expense Software or other travel, expense, and invoicing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
