• German /Spanish language skills (preferred)

Experience:

• 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably to include Global Human Resources or Recruitment experience.
• Previous immigration case work experience (preferred).
• Advanced communication skills, written and verbal
• Advanced organization skills with strong attention to detail Advanced customer service and problem solving skills Advanced ability to be flexible in a changing environment. Advanced ability to interface effectively within a global team environment and partner with multiple business units and functions
• Advanced working knowledge of MS office programs
• Customer service skills are very important because this role will be working with internal international transfers and it can be an emotional process. This role needs someone who is detail oriented and internal customer focused. Flexible, if someone has human resources background but doesn’t necessarily need to have global assignments experience. This team is a very process heavy team. In terms of the global assignment systems this role would primarily work within SAP and INTAMS.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
