Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, computer hardware, and computer networking. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and systems.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Troubleshoot network and system issues
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Manage help desk tickets and provide timely resolution

Requirements:

- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components like LAN, VPN, and computer networking
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
- Previous experience in desktop support or help desk roles
