Territory Sales Manager - South East

Location: Remote - South East (AL, GA, FL, TN, SC, NC)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Traverse the assigned territory, establishing and maintaining robust relationships with customers, promptly addressing concerns.
• Surpass sales targets by persuasively promoting company products and services to customers within the designated territory.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify the most effective techniques, crafting innovative sales strategies for territory expansion.
• Conduct surveys to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
• Represent the company at trade shows, enhancing brand awareness within the territory.
• Motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas, evaluating performance against targets.
• Monitor competitors' sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new customers in the territory.

Qualifications:

• 3 Years Experience in Outside Sales
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record as a successful Territory Sales Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be located in one of the following states: AL, GA, FL, TN, SC, NC
