Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Logistics Account Manager job in Hebron, KY. As a Logistics Account Manager, you will manage information flow to and from our customers and partners in support and generation of existing and new business. This information flow is inclusive of but not limited to the management of projects from development and approvals through fulfillment and shipping.
Salary:
Starting salary of $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience, plus benefits available.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of Account Management and/or Supply Chain experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Must be detail-oriented and well organized
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment required
- Strong creative thinking/analytical skills are required
- Manage assembly projects from quote to invoice.
- Communicate as required with external customers to assist in meeting their needs.
- Direct project coordination with the customer
- Scheduling all inbound, customer product
- Creating Bills of Materials within the ERP system
- Initiating the purchasing for all project-related materials
- Determine master production and shipping schedules
- Confirm reconciliation of all customer products during and post-production
- Ensure Customer POs reflect services reflected on the quotation
- Communicate as required with external customers to assist in meeting their needs.
