About the Role: Sales Director 

As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads into invested capital. You will lead a team of sales representatives, setting strategic direction, implementing best practices, and optimizing processes to maximize lead conversion rates and achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive inbound lead conversion and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to optimize performance and foster professional development.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors, internal teams, and external partners, to drive alignment and support business objectives.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Rastegar Property Company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility and attract potential investors.

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify opportunities, develop effective strategies, and drive results.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels.
