Songwriters Texas, LLC is Hiring a Sales Director Near Austin, TX

Job Overview:

The Director of Sales leads the sales department, crafting strategies and executing plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. This role involves analytical assessment of market trends, directing the sales team's efforts, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals, including unit and gross-profit targets.

Ensure each salesperson secures a minimum of 3 new contacts per month, providing guidance and direction.

Facilitate collaboration across departments to leverage cross-territory opportunities and enhance marketing materials.

Set sales objectives, forecast annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and project sales volume and profit for both existing and new customers.

Design and enforce field and inside sales strategies, including live phone sales and appointment scheduling for outside sales closures.

Maintain sales volume, ensuring top-tier customer service from both sales and support teams.

Manage regional sales team operations, including hiring, training, performance monitoring, and professional development.

Keep abreast of professional knowledge through continuing education, networking, and participating in professional organizations.

Lead convention strategy development and execution for industry events.

Drive product testing and innovation at company-owned locations.

Oversee the production and dissemination of sales and marketing materials, ensuring sales staff are well-versed in product offerings and customer communication.

Coordinate with installation teams to optimize new customer installations and existing customer upgrades.

Analyze new territories for expansion, assessing real estate and market demographics for potential company-owned locations.

Liaise with software providers for tracking systems, analyzing data for business insights.

Collaborate with legal teams for compliance mapping and regulatory adherence in sales territories.

Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, minimizing churn and optimizing customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer issues through strategic initiatives and internal collaboration with technical support teams.

Promotions and Marketing Responsibilities:

Participate and oversee promotional events, updating the Promotions Manual as necessary.

Quarterly review and enhancement of Promotions Protocol, ensuring efficient execution by the sales team.

Manage digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media presence, email campaigns, and website content optimization.

Administer sales and marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization.

Oversee CRM system management, ensuring high data quality and effective marketing and sales integration.

Continually monitor and improve the quality of marketing and sales information, implementing data enhancement programs as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales management and strategy implementation.
