About the Role:

MVPindex is seeking a Sales Director to be active quota based sellers in our territories. The role will focus on developing sales across MVP’s suite of products and services including, but not limited to:

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify client business challenges, budget and decision criteria and align them to opportunities to sell MVP’s software and reporting solutions
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects large enough to meet or exceed sales quota
  • Carry a sales quota of at least $1.25M in new logo/ACV each year
  • Run a sales process by documenting in Hubspot and maintain pipeline data throughout the entire sales process (from initial prospecting through onboarding)
  • Efficiently convert Marketing Qualified Leads(MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads(SQLs) / opportunities
  • Package, negotiate, and close client contracts
  • Build upon existing or developed trusted relationships with sponsorship decision-makers within brands, agencies and properties

What We'd Like You To Have:

  • Three plus (3 years revenue development career track focused on integrated sponsorship sales, preferably in consultative selling to Fortune 500 C-level decision makers and/or similar senior level agency decision makers
  • Proven track record of successfully closing six figure deals
  • Excellent documentation skills, i.e., highly organized, detail-oriented and
  • Strong goal-orientation with proven experience in building a pipeline
  • Robust analytical skills, including territory strategy and finding repeatable ways to sell
  • Ability to leverage standard sales collateral and demo capabilities
  • Advanced negotiating skills
  • Ability to travel according to partner needs
  • Knowledge of the sponsorship/media landscape including industry trends, key players and terminology, with the ability to craft integrated marketing plans and solutions
