Industrial Test Systems, Inc (ITS) is seeking a dynamic Production Manager for the Rock Hill, SC manufacturing plant. Cover letter required for consideration of employment.

ITS is a leading manufacturer of instruments and chemistries designed to test water and coolant analytes. It develops innovative products, many covered by U.S. and worldwide patents, for industries such as municipal water treatment, food and beverage, craft brewing, trucking and automotive, fresh and marine aquaria, pool and spa, education, and medical diagnostics globally, with offices in the US and UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Managing production and manufacturing employees through positive reinforcement and leading by example

· Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives

· Establishing and controlling conditions of production to satisfy customer and quality specifications

· Organizing and directing workflow to satisfy production requirements in a cost-efficient manner

· Maintaining employee safety and morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment

· Managing stock control, distribution, and production-scheduling tasks using provided software and spreadsheets

· Maintain paperwork, including timely reviews, filing, completion of document sets, & complete records

· Attend manager meetings and daily production meetings

· Communicate daily with various department heads for coordination of activities.

· Evaluate and maintain equipment with communication to the Facilities Director

· Maintain, establish, and enforce, through all operational departments, quality and safety requirements in accordance with company needs based on ISO/GMP regulatory guidelines

· Create, maintain, and oversee various documents - including ISO/GMP - and spreadsheets used in manufacturing and production

Requirements:

· Must have >five years of management experience in a manufacturing plant

· Must be very comfortable with computers and highly proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets

· Must have experience writing ISO/GMP documents

· Experiences with manufacturing equipment maintenance and repairs a plus

· High-level leadership and decision-making skills

· Able to motivate, influence, and train people

· Able to interact with all professionals of the Management Team

· Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Salary and Benefits

· $60,000.00 - $70,000/year DOE
