Office Management:
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Ensure the office environment is professional, clean, and conducive to work.
Communication:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentations, reports, and newsletters.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff as needed.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Manage calendars, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports.
Documentation:
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings and events.
Take detailed minutes during meetings.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
