Senior SAP SD/LE Functional Analyst 

Inceed has partnered with a global leader in the petrochemical and manufacturing industry to find a Senior SAP SD/LE Functional Analyst to join their team! 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SD/LE (Sales and Distribution/Logistics Execution) Functional Analyst to join our client's team. As a Senior SAP SD/LE Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client's logistics and transportation processes by leveraging your deep expertise in Logistics Execution, Logistics Costs, Shipping Costs, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to design, implement, and enhance SAP SD/LE solutions that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP SD/LE solutions with a primary focus on Logistics Execution, Logistics Costs, Shipping Costs, and Transportation Management Systems.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional specifications, ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions to optimize transportation planning, execution, and monitoring processes, considering factors such as carrier selection, route optimization, and tracking.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Logistics Execution processes, including outbound and inbound deliveries, shipment processing, goods issue, goods receipt, and warehouse management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SD/LE and other relevant modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct system testing, and support end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP SD/LE solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve Logistics Costs and Shipping Costs by analyzing data, identifying trends, and proposing actionable recommendations to streamline operations and reduce expenses.
• Configure and maintain relevant master data in SAP, including transportation zones, shipping conditions, and transportation routes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices, technical insights, and domain knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SAP updates, and advancements in Transportation Management Systems, bringing innovative solutions to the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Extensive hands-on experience (7 years) as an SAP SD/LE Functional Analyst, with a demonstrated focus on Logistics Execution, Logistics Costs, Shipping Costs, and Transportation Management Systems.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and LE modules, including configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and customization.
• Proven expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and their integration with SAP, including familiarity with TMS software such as SAP Transportation Management (TM) or other leading TMS solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical SAP solutions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications in relevant SAP modules is highly preferred. 
• Prior experience working as a technical resource with SD or LE SAP modules is highly preferred. 
• Prior experience leading projects or initiatives is highly preferred.
