IMPACT Technology Group, Inc. is Hiring a Service Manager Near Salisbury, MD

The mission of the Service Manager is to manage the team of Service Desk to deliver on metrics and deliver the Client WOW experience IMPACT desires for it's clients. The Service Manager will work to ensure overall client satisfaction and IMPACT success in meeting client service requests. The Service Manager will provide leadership on the Service Desk team and service department. The Service Manager supervises the Service Desk Team activity and works with the Service Dispatcher to maximize team member utilization. The Service Manager assesses and improves IMPACT processes to increase customer satisfaction and decrease service costs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely
  • Broad knowledge of IT industry related fields
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Supervisory duties related to Help Desk Team

Qualifications

  • Previous advanced experience in IT is preferred, but no required
  • MUST have previous management experience
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards meaningful goals
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work under tremendous pressure
  • Masterful multitasking skills
