Our corporate client in Boston, MA is looking for a part-time Office Manager to join their team. This position is in the office in downtown Boston with a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8 am - 4 pm and an hourly rate of $24. This is a contract role so candidates must be able to start immediately.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Managing employees' and visitors' office access
- Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and service providers
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
Minimum of 2 years of office management experience is required.
