• 10 years preferred medical sales experience
• Documented success, award winner, working with distributors
• Spine, ortho, biologics, soft tissue experience
Base: $120-$150k, Commissions: see below, uncapped comp plan, MBO: typically 3 months at an
average of $5k/month, Full Benefits, 401k w/4% match, Auto Allowance: $700/month, Full Expenses, stock grants, at plan 225-250K, top RSM’s make 300-450K
7.5% from zero to base
10% from base to objective
12.5% anything objective and uncapped
Direct commission the RSM makes:
15% from zero to base, 20% from base to objective and 25% anything above
1. Zoom interview with Hiring Manager
2. Zoom interview with AVP
3. Zoom interview with VP of Sales
4. In person with hiring manager and AVP, offer
