IMGAcademyCorporateCareers is Hiring an Employee Experience Manager Near Bradenton, FL

The Employee Experience Manager will have a focus on all things related to creating an unrivaled employee experience, with an emphasis on employee surveys and insights, experience-based recognition and reward programs, and avenues for employee engagement opportunities. It is critical this position takes into consideration the employee perspective and empowers leadership to do the same. This requires serving as a catalyst for cultural change within a new Experience team and spearheading initiatives to devise, execute, and refine a comprehensive long-term strategic plan for employee experience enhancement. Position ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the development and implementation of a long-term strategic employee experience plan, managing a roadmap and timeline of initiatives resulting in widespread impact across 1,000 plus employees.Leads the design process of employee-experience-based journeys in collaboration with Human Resources, Communications, and DEI teams and Employee Resource Groups, including leading design workshops with key stakeholders, facilitating employee focus groups, creating journey road maps and priorities essential to the employee experience. Oversee and lead cross-functional steering committees and working groups to align on key initiatives while driving change across the organization, including at the Executive level. Partner with Human Resources and the Insights team to facilitate ongoing employee engagement surveys and focus groups. Develop insights-based presentations to present to the leadership team at IMG Academy and support other team’s efforts in action planning based on learned insights. Help steward the employee perspective in employee onboarding, internal communications, DEI and professional development initiatives by providing support and insights when needed. Manage and continue to evolve a non-compensation recognition and rewards program for employees and support individual department program’s recognition and reward platforms already in place. Ensure a holistic approach and annual planning process for non-required employee engagement opportunities while still partnering with other teams with support. Drive a culture of employee advocacy. Other responsibilities as assigned.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Minimum of 3 years of project or program management with relevant experience.Experience using multiple feedback channels (qualitative and quantitative) to find opportunities, identify gaps, design solutions, and drive improvements.Experience leading programs and projects in one or more of the following areas: employee experience, employee engagement, employee survey design, employee journey management, organizational development, human resources, design thinking.Open, transparent leadership style with a strength in developing alignment across the organization and influencing at all levels.Ability to make high quality decisions effectively and efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects.A team player who works cross functionally, acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.High comfort level speaking with various audiences. Passion for building new programs and continuing to improve and innovate. Can inspire others to make change. General understanding of customer journey maps, survey methodologies and analyzing survey data.Self-starter that can take the lead on projects and navigate how to bring them to life, including seeking out solutions to challenges that arise. Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentMust be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required#LI-MV1
