Smiley Pools can offer the right candidate...

• Compensation: Experienced Pool Service Tech starting on $19 per hour - $22 per hour depending on experience). 40 Hours per week. MUST be able to prove experience and knowledge of the pool industry. Overtime is available. Monday - Friday 7.00am start at our warehouse on Lena Rd, Bradenton. Day ends when your assigned route is completed. Salary is constantly reviewed.

Our Pool Service Technician's..

• At all residental and commercial pools check water chemistry and balance pool water and add the appropriate chemicals
• On commercial pools (3 times a week) and residential pools (once a week) service pools by brushing, vacuuming, netting, cleaning tiles, and emptying skimmer baskets. Whilst on site also check equipment and complete service completion paperwork including Health Dept reports
• Perform minor repairs on pool equipment (motors/heaters etc), you will also report and repairs required to our Repair Technician
• Your will have your own route or work as a team to manage and develop a trusting relationship with your customers.
• Your weekly route will include both commercial and residential clients
• Working week is 40 hours can go into overtime due to weather conditions, repairs and staff levels
• 30 Days Probation period.

Ideal candidates must.

• Be able to work Monday – Friday. Start time 7.00am
• Be able to drive a truck and trailer
• Must be over 21 with a clean driving record due to company auto insurance requirements and compete a full background check
• Must be capable of lifting to 50 lbs. plus and conducting physical labor in the extreme Florida weather (especially in the summer)
• Have good customer service skills and good communication skills both written and spoken is a must
• Must have experience of cleaning filters / DE Pits / Minor repairs & commercial pools
