Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS platform.
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data within the system.
- Generating reports and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making in HR.
- Identifying areas for improving HR processes and workflows through system enhancements and automation.
- Providing assistance, troubleshooting, and training to HR staff and end-users on Workday functionality.
- Ensuring HRIS compliance with regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies.
- Collaborating with Workday representatives or third-party vendors for system support and enhancements.
- 7 years' work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework.
- Experience with Workday HCM Application Configuration
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Workday certification(s) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
**The above pay range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. In determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
