Successful candidates will be responsible for: The HR Business Partner reports to the PresidentAmericas and provides HR Generalist and Leadership support. About you You are looking for a role that is HR-focused and driven by a deep love for employee engagement. Under minimal supervision and with a high degree ofcollaborative partnership, you will perform substantive project work, and thatmeans that you will: Support end-to-end projects, up to several projects at once, including development, execution, and tracking of outcomes utilizing detailed knowledge of the fundamental and advanced concepts and practices in Human Resources Required:

Support Americas objectives through a mix of research, audit, and collaboration
Effectively handle competing priorities and initiatives and thrive through change
Drive process utilization by updating employees and leaders on relevant policies, processes, and systems and regularly checking on adoption and understanding of such tools
Work on complex projects of large scope; may refer to precedents and defined parameters
Complete routine work independently; receiving general guidance on new projects
Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by evaluating current processes and making recommendations for updated policies and procedures
Provide support with initiatives/programs which clearly tie into organizational objectives
Coordinate various needs assessments and participates in special projects
Command a working knowledge of best HR practices
May develop communication materials (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint presentations, offer letters, and other correspondence)
Bilingual Spanish Fluency (read, write, speak)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, and efficient delivery
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
5 years of generalist experience in an HR role
Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, presentations with slides that “build”)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use and interpret data to both guide and validate decisions
Willingness to travel up to 25%
