Opportunity

The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively selling products and services remotely. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, this position requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in maintaining relationships with leads, prospects, and customers through various communication channels. The Inside Sales Representative must possess excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects to generate leads and drive sales opportunities.
  • Utilize cold emails, video conferencing, and other remote communication tools to engagewith leads and prospects.
  • Maintain regular communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships andmove them through the sales pipeline.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize ERP to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and accountinformation.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for account management.
  • Communicate client feedback, requests, and requirements to relevant departments toinform product development and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other sales, customer service, program management, productmanagement, and other appropriate departments to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering solutions to clients.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency using NetSuite and/or other ERP software is a plus
  • 0-3 years relevant professional experience
