professional that plans, manages, implements, markets, and evaluates Office of Community Affairs programs and projects.
COMMUNICATIONS
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills and strong knowledge of grammar; experience proofreading and editing; Communicate clearly with and establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team leaders and members, individuals, and demographically diverse populations;
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Facilitate conversations with community members and respond to queries via email, and telephone; Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with internal and external constituents; Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, diplomacy, resourcefulness,
with a strong work ethic; exhibit a positive, ‘can do’ attitude; no job is too big or too small; be a self-starter that is solutions oriented with good instincts and decision making skills; and develop relationships with a broad range of donors, collaborative partners, and program participants.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
A minimum of three years work experience as a project coordinator/manager;
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field; and
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite is required, knowledge of the Adobe
Suite is a positive.

improvement;
Possess outstanding time management, multitasking and
analytical skills;
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership

Frequently stand/walk, sit, and perform desk based computer tasks, use a telephone, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
