The Education Program Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for the organization, management and administration of the educational planning and evaluation efforts for the medical education programs in the Office of Educational Affairs, overseeing the activities of more than a dozen College-wide curriculum committees and subcommittees as well as ad hoc task forces. They are the primary administrator and manager of the accreditation activities for the College related to the Liaison Committee for Medical Education, the Higher Learning Commission and the Illinois Board of Higher Education, including continuous quality improvement activities of the College's Accreditation Monitoring and Quality Improvement Committee. This position acts as lead coordinator of educational research data acquisition, compilation, and analyses, and preparation of accreditation materials.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary administrative support for the accreditation activities for the College related to the Liaison Committee for Medical Education, the Higher Learning Commission and the Illinois Board of Higher Education, including continuous quality improvement activities of the College’s Accreditation Monitoring and Quality Improvement Committee.

Performs program evaluations and collaborates with faculty to prepare course, clerkship and phase evaluation reports and ensures their timely completion and follow up on recommendations.

Oversees activities of numerous curriculum committees and task forces by agenda-setting and ensuring high productivity of the committees through working with their faculty leads and the medical education specialists.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
