Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of construction litigation experience
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Prior experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is preferred
• Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus
• Strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school
• Currently licensed to practice law in California
