About:
An internationally renowned law firm are currently seeking an OSHA/Environmental Associate to work in their Washington, DC office and assist with OSHA and environmental laws (including FIFRA and TSCA) and related regulatory matters. Their environmental practice is world-renowned providing industrial, corporate and association clients with creative and cost-effective solutions for regulatory compliance, environmental management, and pollution prevention.
Experience:
Desired candidates must have 1-3 years of law firm experience with strong academic credentials and strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability with compliance counselling, administrative law, and regulatory policy development is preferred, as well as enforcement litigation. Furthermore, a background and experience in occupational safety and health law and environmental law is a plus.
