We are seeking qualified applicants with significant experience and expertise in environmental law, including regulatory counseling and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of prior work experience in environmental law. Prior experience working in the environmental field, including industry, government, or non-profit work, is considered a plus. Superb legal writing skills, academic credentials, and references are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle environmental law matters, including regulatory counseling and litigation.
  • Represent clients in high-stakes, complex environmental cases.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of environmental issues.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in environmental law and policy.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar or eligibility to become licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of three years of prior work experience in environmental law.
  • Strong expertise in regulatory counseling and litigation.
  • Excellent legal writing skills.
  • Outstanding academic credentials and references.
