About the Role:
The Government Contracts & National Security team handles exciting work that often relates to ongoing world issues and is fast-paced. Our practice includes litigating bid protests before all tribunals, representing clients in substantial claims by and against the government, and prosecuting and defending court actions between contractors. The team's work spans critical areas such as space-related procurements, corporate transactions involving major federal contractors and innovative small businesses, and high-stakes international subcontract negotiations.
