Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HR procedures and have experience with a variety of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Knowledge of Dayforce, Paylocity, UltiPro or similar HRIS systems
- Experience with benefits administration, performance management, recruiting, interviewing, employee evaluation, employment labor law compliance
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
