What We Need :
We’re seeking a skilled National Sales Assistant to act as an extension of our sales team
What You'll Do :
- Partner with local market leadership and national sales executives to help drive overall revenue
- Ensure accuracy and success for ad campaigns through order processing and quality assurance
- Assist financial department with special billing requests
- Generate dynamic and impactful proposals that amplify our brand and communicate our solutions for businesses
- Coordinate and report outcomes for multi-faceted promotions with local market oversight, direction, and resources
- Coordinate and report outcomes for local on-air talent endorsement deliverables with market oversight, direction, and resources
- Carefully process and creatively articulate appropriate Accounts Receivable reports, spot times analytics, aircheck gathering, and recap presentations
- Orchestrate comprehensive and impactful post-instance recaps for all major promotional events including all company assets (digital, audio, schedules and pictures)
- Be a team player and provide backup support for other NSAs on your team.
What You'll Need :
Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce, Wrike and Veritone a plus
A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
Self-starter and independent worker
Skilled at written and verbal communication
Bi-lingual is a plus

Compensation :
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
