Benefits Administrator
Position title: Benefits Administrator
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Supervises: N/A
Position summary:
Coordinates and is responsible for managing the administration of benefit programs such as medical, dental, group life, retirement plans, STD, FMLA and other benefits. Consults with employees on eligibility provisions and matters related to benefit programs. Maintains accurate employee records and files and ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements. Provides optimal customer service and ensures employee satisfaction.
