Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
Support current Licensing Services projects and priorities for facilitation of gathering Themes/epic/user stories/acceptance criteria (Agile Artifacts) and decomposition of existing requirements documents. Directly support/educate on creation of Agile artifacts and facilitation of development teams in executing acceptance criteria. Facilitate development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.
Required Skills for the Business Analyst:
- 4 years' experience in systems analysis and design work
- 4 years' experience analyzing systems and procedures, to write and revise standards and procedures, and to communicate effectively.
- Professional experience transitioning from a Waterfall methodology to an Agile methodology
