Icon V is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage inquiries from clients and provide accurate information or redirect to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Perform basic clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
